1. The initial communication was done through email, the initial instructions for the checkin was very confusing, it mentioned "digital key", which never worked and conflicted with the instructions we got on the day of our arrival, which used physical key that we had to figure out how to follow the instructions to get out of a lockbox.
2. The heating in the apartment never worked. This will be a problem for guests staying in winter months. We were lucky to stay there during early October, when the weather was still mild.
3. The drainage of the shower area was very slow and dirty water accumulating while we showered. We sent email to the staff, which did come but never fixed the issue.
4. We ran out of toilet tissue on the first night and we were told to buy them because it is self served apartment.
5. There is no staff on site and the only communication is through email, it is very frustrating that we did not have any real person to talk to about any of the above issues.
6. In general, the staff responded to email timely, but a few occasions they did not respond after 8 hours untill I asked again.
Good part: very spacious, overall very clean, fully equipped kitchen great for cooking. Robes for shower.
I would not recommend this place if you do not want extra stress (lack of onsite staff, confusing instructions, no heating).
