This check in experience was awful.
I still don't think we are being properly compensated.
What was advertised as seamless was 3 hours. There was no hot water to shower the next morning, it was terrible.
We had to use our data plan to chat a solution because we could not call.
The whole thing was very sketchy and at one point hotels.com suggested we just go to a different place owned by a friend of the original lister.
