Beautiful, comfortable hotel, in the centre of Arles. Quiet and peaceful oasis. Breakfast superb, staff very welcoming and attentive. No dining apart from breakfast but great local restaurants nearby.

An Exquisite Hidden Villa

I really love this hotel. Exquisite decor and gardens. There is a great afternoon tea with cake and fruit. The staff were all so helpful and delightful. I was sad to leave this hidden gem.

love this place!

Lovely space and all the staff is wonderful. In particular, Antonio is so nice and helpful. We have stayed at this hotel 3 times, some rooms are more interesting than others, but all are lovely. If i had to make a complaint it would be for the beds to be a bit softer.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The hotel is beautiful and well appointed. I was disappointed they didn’t have a restaurant for lunch or dinner. That information should be available when making the reservation.

Very small 10 room boutique hotel. Our room on the second floor was very comfortable with a minimalist decor. Outside of hotel very unassuming but enter into very peaceful courtyard with a pool and garden. Breakfast was excellent. No other meals served but lots nearby. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

This property was exclusive and private. We were revived and taken to our room. We sat on the private patio and enjoy a beverage. Our room was large with vaulted ceilings and a wonderful spacious bathroom. The pool is great to take a dip in. Breakfast under the trees was tasty and beautiful. Wish we stayed longer.

This an amazing courtyard property within the old city. The hotel is a boutique size and very quaint. Staff were very accommodating and nice. Especially Fatiha and Anthony. Don’t expect 5 star St Regis experience, this 5 star old-world France experience. We couldn’t be more grateful.

Our room had no electricity.. we were changed to a suite .. but the condition of suite .. little bit shabby for a 5 star hotel. The ambiance is very nice .. but the general state of hotel is below a 5 star rating . I think for one night we were the only customers. We were well taken care of.

Exceptional Staff. Very attentive, friendly and make you feel at home. The hotel is beautiful, a tastefully restored Manor House in the centre of Arles. Clean, generously proportioned rooms retaining the original features of the old house/stable. We stayed in a premier room. It had its own terrace overlooking the courtyard. The courtyard is what really makes this hotel. A beautiful oasis in the city centre. Easy walking distance to the Roman remains. No restaurant on site but plenty to choose from in the many leafy squares surrounding the hotel. The hotel does cold plates, which we didn’t try.

A NO 5 STAR HOTEL, inconcebible!

Llegar al lugar con auto una odisea. Bajarse en una calle en declive y mojada por lluvia que caia sobre mosotros puesni techo para llamar en puerta cerrada hay. La habitacion en un anexo - segun el recepcionista era un upgrade - en un primer piso por escalera cruzando patio de piedra encharcado. Tamanio de la misma era minusculo, banio aun peor y muy incomodo. Cama que para ser queen juntan dosen desnivel. NO TIENE COMEDOR PARA CENAR. Lloviendo salimos a cenar con el auto, esperando diez minutos para que lo traigan y luego al llegar lo tuve que dejar a una cuadra porque no podia doblar en una esquina por lo angosta que son las calles. Debo de ir algo mas para justificar mi puntaje de CERO?

This is not a 5 star property. Two specific gripes: One, no directions driving are provided to the hotel - excluding an email sent at 1PM the day prior to our arrival - so, one does not realize the google maps gps will attempt to get you to the hotel via a way that is IMPOSSIBLE to navigate with in a car. This caused us to accidentally damaged the rental car to the tune of $1400. Second gripe, there was a major photo expedition taking place in Arles which we were not told about when my wife inquired, when checking in, about going about town. Major disappointment; we would definately have gone. The quality of the linens was super poor. All in all, terribly disappointed. The hotel we checked into after this one, also through Expedia, contacted us through whatsapp which is a much better way to communicate something as pressing as how to get to the hotel - which included completely counter intuitive instructions like going the wrong way on a one way street - in a better way than an email which I'm not screening while on vacation. If this second hotel could achieve this why not L'Particulier. Needless to say I was very disappointed with our choice.

Lieu superbe, mais avec une cour intérieur beaucoup de bruit monte dans les chambres. Pas d’ascenseur pour le deuxième étage. A peine ouvert après Covid pas de service dîner.. Autre que le lieu et atmosphère / déco quand même des prix un peu fort pour Arles!!!

Современный и стильный отель. Расположен вполне удобно, достопримечательности города находятся в шаговой доступности. Персонал очень внимательный, номера довольно просторные. Мне было не очень удобно пользоваться душем и ванной (маленькое пространство, не сразу течёт горячая вода), но это дело привычки и вкуса. Приятные завтраки: выбор не очень большой, но всё красиво сервировано и очень качественно. Есть бар, большой камин... Отель со своей приятной атмосферой.
