The bed and breakfast was closed down. It was an awful experience in the heart of Rome and no hotel. We ended up paying almost 3 times as much as the original reservation. We expected more from a reputable company such as yours.

Soggiorno gradevole e confortevole. Lucia gentissima e disponibile per ogni esigenza. Camera piccola ma essenziale e confortevole. Posizione ottima, a pochi metri da fontana di Trevi. Unico neo tre piani di scale strette a piedi...ma comunque ottimo.

Ótima localização, péssimo hotel
O hotel fica ao lado da Fontana di Trevi e alguns minutos a pé da estação Barberini. A região é muito boa, mas o quarto, bem ruim. Primeiro não há nenhuma indicação externa do nome do hotel e não responderam meu e-mail sobre a localização do mesmo. Outro ponto é que não há fechadura na porta externa, a qual estava quebrada e fica aberta para qualquer um da rua acessar. Outro ponto é o cheiro ruim nas dependências do prédio, péssimo. O hotel não possui elevador e as escadas possuem um tapete em péssimas condições (solto) o que pode derrubar alguém. No primeiro dia a wi-fi não estava funcionando, mas foi rapidamente solucionado pelos responsáveis do B&B. Não possui recepção (B&B) e com relação ao atendimento fomos muito bem recepcionados pela Lucia (inclusive fizemos o check-in antes do horário, pois o quarto já estava pronto). Com relação ao quarto ficamos no 4° andar (sótão) e estávamos em 3 pessoas. Tivemos uma trabalheira para subir com as malas, mas o quarto, a princípio, grande e confortável, atendeu nossas expectativas (tínhamos 2 banheiros, um interno e outro externo). Os pontos negativos do quarto: o vaso com problema, vazamento e barulho de água escorrendo. Alguns insetos no quarto e um pouco de sujeira, principalmente no exaustor do banheiro, o qual estava imundo. A gota d'agua, literalmente, foi no nosso penúltimo dia lá, em que uma forte chuva evidenciou uma goteira dentro do quarto, ao lado da cama.

Expérience affreuse, aucune personne à l'arrivée , un mot sur la porte indiquant d'apeller pour savoir ou se trouvait la clé ? La clé se trouvait sous un paillasson crasseux Chambre non conforme à la description et photo d'Expédia Seulement 2 lits au lieu de 3 Taille de la chambre très inférieure au 30m2 annoncés Propreté douteuse Ne sommes pas restés. Avons trouvé un autre hotel "boutique hôtel Trévi" très agréable

Fun location next to Trevi Fountain!
This is a great place for the budget traveler. It allows access to the heart of Rome with a lot of places within walking distance. A charming decor, quiet and in the heart of things.

La verdad que la experiencia no fue buena. El primer dia el cuarto estaba bien. Pero al segundo me mandaron a una cueva sin baño privado como pague. El desayuno un desastre y el precio no lo vale. Ademas el wifi no funcionaba bien. ESPERO QUE ALGUIEN SE HAGA RESPONSABLE DE ESTE DESASTRE

Broken Aircon/Promises
Great spot, shame about the aircon not working upon entry. Room big, ok, but 4 flights of steps...no lift. We sweltered first night, kids got mosquito bites, told it was going to be fixed by 4pm the next day. At 7pm we were moved to the 5th floor of Hotel Hollywood near Termini as aircon guys left. Not what we paid for. Maria suddenly learned English and told me how much it was costing her... Aircon broke in second hotel bedroom but Maria revived it. The only consolation was Maria giving my 3 daughters little purses and organising a taxi ride out of Rome. Disappointed.

Our hostess was cheerful
Our hostess was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was nice, both the food and the other guests. A beautiful older building so of course lots of stairs, but structurally I don't think it is possible to add an elevator. If you can handle stairs, it is a wonderful place to stay. The local restaurants and coffee places are all open to the street and there is nice, low-key nightlife until well after 2AM.

Not a pleasant experience
Well upon arrival I walked past it twice, due to there being no sign. I then had to drag my luggage up 4 flights of steep and slippery stairs. Upon reaching the door I found it locked and no one there. I tried to contact the owner and no one answered me. I then did not meet anyone from the bed and breakfast until my last day, when paying was the biggest pain ever. The woman did not know how to work the machine and tried to get me to pay in cash, then I was told to go find their other hotel across town on the bus. When I asked if they could call a cab for me I was promptly yelled at. Oh and I just got an email from them saying that my card was denied when I saw it cleared through my account, so scam?

Bad på gangen
Vi havde bestilt et værelse på 16 m2 med privat bad. Vi fik et værelse på ca. 8 m2, med bad (ca. 1 m2) på gangen og et håndskrevet skilt på, hvor der stod privat. Vi havde reserveret 4 dage, men tjekkede ud allerede efter en nat pga. forholdene. Efter en længere samtale inkl. oversættelse over telefonen fik vi lov at gå, uden at betale for flere nætter.

Entrance is not marked with name of the bed and breakfast. Entrance is dimly lit with two trash cans that cause ground level to second floor landing to smell. No signs to indicate the b&b is on the third floor. Room was just big enough for the bed. Shower was very small as was the bathroom in general. Breakfast was packaged croissants, boxed juice, yogurt, bread that was left on the counter in a covered tray day to day. Plus was you could access this whenever you wanted. A positive to it all, the b&b is in an excellent location. Fortunately we were hardly in the room and only walked by the trash cans twice a day.

Удавшийся уик-энд.
Всё нормально. Расположение отеля самое практичное - фонтан Треви - в 40 метрах. Трудно только распознать отель с улицы: ни вывески, ни надписи. В подъезде дома догадаться, что на 3-м этаже (наш 4-й) находится квартира, в которой и располагается отель тоже трудно, только методом тыка. Но внутри три очень хорошие комнаты (номера) со всеми удобствами, просторно, чисто, красиво. Милые хозяева. Так что мы довольны.

Belirtilen adreste otel yoktu ve tel.no acmadı
Sayın Yetkili, 23.01.2015 gecesi rezervasyon yapmıs olduğumuz otel adresine gittiğimizde herhangi bir otel bulunmamaktaydı verilen adreste sadece ürkütücü bir apartman mevcuttu. Otel diye belirtilen bu adresteki zile bastığımda hiçkimse kapıyı açmadı kimse karşılamadı , sitede belirtilen telefon numarasını aradığımızda gene aynı şekilde hiçkimse telefonu açmamıştır, telefon zili sadece fax sinyali yada bozuk bir telefon sinyaliydi. Hiçbir ilgili yada yetkili bir kişiye ulaşamadığımız için gece 01:30 da otel aramak zırunda kaldık ve o saatte gittiğimiz oteller bize ya yer yok yada gündüz 2 den sonra giriş yapabileceğimiz bilgisini verdi. Saat gece 02:30 a kadar trevi de otel aradık sonunda bulduk . Neden böyle ne olduğu bilinmeyen telefonu bozuk olan bir oteli Hotels.com gibi bir sitede olduğunu anlamış değiliz. Açıkçası bu durumda bi sonraki seyahatimde hotels. com dan herhangi bir rezervasyon yapacagımızı düşünmüyorum.
