Overall, it was ok. The hotel itself was old, as were the furnishings. However, it was clean and quiet, and the air conditioning worked well. The location was ok — it was next to the train station and metro. We stayed for five nights. The room had a small fridge, but no kettle.

The staff were very friendly and helpful in letting us checking in early so we can leave our luggage there before going Vatican City, a few metro stops away. The hotel was fine. Very basic but clean enough and the staff were friendly. However the walls / doors were paper thin so it was difficult to get to sleep and I was frequently woken up in the night by noises outside my room.
