Comfortable, clean room with a good bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful and responded quickly to requests. The leisure facility was good though our could have been a bit cleaner or more modern. Breakfast boxes left at the room each morning were very nice and a handy easy to start the day. The location is excellent and it was very easy to explore Killarney National Park from there.

Best hotel we stayed at in Ireland, hands down. Clean, great gym and pool. Delicious breakfast and lovely staff. The room was very cool, nicely designed. They also gave us a take away pack with croissants and fruit for our drive the next morning. Really cute and highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at this gorgeous hotel just outside Killarney. The room was modern, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We visited during a heatwave, and the hotel kindly provided a fan, which helped keep the room cool and made our stay much more comfortable. Breakfast was provided in a convenient lunch box and included fresh fruit, porridge, a pastry, and juice. There were also tea and coffee-making facilities in the room, and free on-site parking, which was a great bonus. Overall, it’s a lovely hotel in a great location, and we’d happily stay here again.

Would have given 5 stars only for the room being so warm that night I could not sleep properly; even with a fan on full and the window open to max allowed. Told receptionist the next morning and was fobbed off with an excuse about no a/c etc and it on the plans to be installed in future? Excellent otherwise with breakfast box fantastic. Pity about the very discomforting heat.

Ein großes, unpersönliches Haus ohne besonderen Stil. Pool (unbehaglich, ohne Liegen) und Eventhalle sowie der angepriesene Ausblick auf die Berge, der zugleich Ausblick auf eine befahrene Straße und eine unansehnliche Dachfläche mit allerlei Geräten war, haben für uns keine Behaglichkeit ergeben. Das Frühstück wurde in einem Pappkarton vor die Zimmertür gestellt und musste ohne Geschirr, mit Wegwerfbesteck, auch daraus gegessen werden. Geringe Lebensmittelqualität, keine Wahlmöglichkeit, viel Verpackungsmüll. Wir hatten keine andere Buchungsoption, aber beim Check out wurde uns gesagt, dass wir auch in den Frühstücksraum gehen können. Alles in allem zu abgelegen ohne Auto und ein für Irland schlechtes Preis-Leistungsfähiges

Wonderful hotel was quite surprised how big it was. Even had an arena for concerts etc that sits about 4000. About a 7 minute drive to city centre to catch bus for tours. Very comfortable room and bed, also had breakfast (included) delivered to room from 7am. Had a lovely stay.

The room was very clean, we had a beautiful view of the mountains at the national park, and the staff was very friendly. We ate dinner there and the food was excellent and then went to the bar area for live music. The continental breakfast delivered to our door was delicious and it fed us most of the day it was so much! Highly recommend this hotel !!
