We enjoyed this modern hotel in the city center with all the modern amenities and furniture. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was convenient and generous. We also appreciated it’s location as it was walking distance to all of the attractions we wanted to visit in Petropolis. I would suggest to request a room in the upper floors or a room facing away from the street due to some noise from the traffic. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Nice hotel

Nice, modern, and comfortable hotel within walking distance to restaurants and attractions. Spacious room with separate bedroom and kitchen. Breakfast served at time requested. Small indoor pool always a good option for the kids. Convenient valet parking on-site for about $5 US per day. Only downside was city noises (alarms, cars, etc.) outside window pretty much all night long. Next time I will try a room on higher floor facing away from the street.

Passei um final de semana maravilhoso neste hotel. O quarto é bem confortável e espaçoso, tem até uma cozinha. Os funcionários bem simpáticos, o café da manhã apesar de não ter muita variedade era gostoso e atendeu muito bem. Hotel lindo e limpo. A localização é 10, bem perto de tudo. Fui de carro, mas quase não usei. Dá pra fazer tudo a pé. Recomendo e hotel e voltaria outras vezes com certeza.

O hotel tem instalações novas, é bem localizado, apresenta um ótimo quarto e funcionários bem educados e prestativos, entretanto, a limpeza do quarto foi péssima, n era possível andar sem chinelo dentro do próprio quarto de tão sujo que encontrava-se o piso. Embora tenha feito inúmeras solicitações ao longo dos dois dias de estadia, não obtivemos sucesso, pois nada foi resolvido. Além disso, em ambos os dias n foi feita a reposição de toalhas, sendo necessário que eu descesse p pedir na recepção, mesmo ja sendo mais de sete da noite.
Deixei cair um pouco de água no chão do quarto e essa foi a cor que o tapete ficou ao passar o pano.

A acomodação sempre muito limpa mas as toalhas do banheiro muito estão precisando serem renovadas pois estão desgastadas. A equipe de funcionários muito simpáticos e atenciosos principalmente os que atendem no café da manhã que por sinal é de excelente qualidade. O aparelho de ar condicionado não fizemos uso pois a cidade de Petrópolis é muito fresca à noite. O que é muito importante também é que o hotel está situado ao lado de um shopping equivalente aos da zona sul do Rio de Janeiro.

O quarto familiar era grande, super confortável, camas ótimas, tv smart, Alexa, nossa, um sonho. Porém, há alguns pontos negativos que cabem ressaltar: 1. O chão estava muito sujo. Não dava para ver a sujeira, pois o piso era cinza. Reparei por conta da sujeira que ficou na roupa do meu bebê que estava engatinhando; 2. A torneira estava pequena demais para a pia, conclusão, molhada a bancada e chão. Tivemos que colocar uma toalha para conter água. Entretanto assim que avisamos eles foram lá olhar para resolver; 3. Na area do café só tinham duas cadeiras de bebê; 4. No nosso quarto não havia toalha de rosto. E aqui uma sujeitão: colocar uma musica ambiente da área de piscina.
