Spacious apartments in a residential area with many offices (practically deserted on non-working days).
Poor reception: the concierge staff only speak Portuguese, and the woman I met when I arrived, in particular, showed no signs of being helpful.
The online helpdesk service in English is good: they respond promptly and accurately.
The coffee machine (Nespresso capsules) is broken, so it's impossible to make a morning coffee; the coffee machine in the gym area also doesn't have one.
Common areas are unheated.
Good selection of vending machines (in case you want to buy food).
Overall, good apartments, but fairly poorly managed.
