Everything was great, The Staff was amazing, really friendly and very patient with me and my father.
However, the wet room bathroom leaves standing water after a shower. it wouldn't be an issue if it didn't spread out to the rest of the bathroom. wet socks are never fun. The back door of the room, either 10 or 9 (can't remember which one) doesn't seem to lock, however, this wasn't so much of an issue as the back area was closed off. But aside from that I would have given 5 stars.
I loved the fact that my TV came with a chrome cast. (named "Back garden"?) although, it seems it's not consistent with all the rooms. As a "nice to have", If I could I would like to request USB sockets for charging devices. We hadn't brought the plug adaptors so we used the USB socket on the back of the TV which had to stay on to charge phones etc.
The rest of the stay was great. I wanted to give 5 stars as I was pretty happy with it overall, had a great time and would come again! Thank you very much!
