One of the most beautiful rooms we've been in. Comes with a beautiful view and lovely enhanced touches. Id go back to Capri just to stay there again. Even nicer than more expensive 5 star hotels. Wow. We had booked a much more $$$$ room in a different hotel but the reviews for Palazzo M were so good l, we thought we’d take a chance. From the warm welcome of Nunzia to the twice daily Houskeeping, the smiling staff, excellent breakfast and INCREDIBLE room with an outdoor hot tub, we made the right choice.

The staff was amazing! Very kind and responsive. The hotel is located up the hill ,in the City center , surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops. We could go to the Marina Grande by the “funicular” 20 meters from Hotel or took a taxi/bus ( 10 meters away) or arrange a transfer with the hotel staff They also recommended us and made reservation for a half day trip boat around the island on a tipical Capri Boat with the best guy “ Alesso”. The breakfast was good And the room has a nespresso machine with plenty of capsules ,bottled water, fruits, fridge , stove and sink at the kitchenette . The best part was took our breakfast at our own balcony with the Capri’s Marina views Hope we can return soon !!
