Perfect oasis in Siem Reap

From the moment Mr. Binh picked us up in his fancy van at the airport we were transported to a life of luxury! Every need was taken care of. And the staff were all so incredibly helpful and friendly. They helped set us up with everything we wanted to do and see. We were even upgraded to a ground floor suite when my husband had a motorbike accident because they didn’t want him to have to walk so far. The spa was very nice, and the free laundry was much needed as well. It’s the perfect oasis to come back to after you explore around Siem Reap.

The Anansaya staff were extremely attentive and friendly. They provided comfortable transportation to and from the airport, helped arrange tours and activities, and were available for questions and support at all times. The breakfast was extensive and very delicious. We ate several other meals in the restaurant because of the many tasty options. We loved the pools and were very pleased with our massages at their spa. I highly recommend Anansaya for its exceptional service and value. The location allows easy access to Angkor Wat and also free tuktuk rides to downtown sites. We truly enjoyed our stay.

perfectly comfortable and enjoyable hotel

It was a stroke of luck to find such a luxurious resort-style accommodation in Siem Reap, a city that is home to ancient civilizations. The airport pickup service and the welcome drink of coconut juice were a strong first impression. The Khmer smile statues that greet you as you open the door and the warm greetings from the staff made me happy. The beautiful pool and palm trees in the middle, and above all, the large and comfortable rooms, beds, and minibars, comforted us who were tired from the tour and gave us the strength to walk back into the jungle.A free tuk-tuk ride to the city's Pub Street was provided. If I visit again, I will definitely stay here.

Lovely hotel, great service

We had a three night stay at Amansaya which was amazing. From the moment they picked us up at the airport, we were looked after by every member of the team. The pool area is great to relax and our room was exactly what we needed. Amansaya organised our trip to sunset and sunrise at the temples with Mr Sophet and Nat who were the best driver and guide. Mr Sophet really made our trip extra special, what a kind and lovely man. The included breakfast was great - Miller and the team at the restaurant made sure we had everything we needed. We also had daily massages which were superb. All in all, the best start to our Cambodian holiday.

I travel a lot and can honestly say that this is my all time favorite hotel to date. Staff was exceptional! I was well taken care of , from the airport pick up to hiring a private driver for me for Angkor wat. The food was to die for ! Sooo good ! Great spa. They did my laundry complimentary. Upon our arrival at Siam Reap Airport, we were greeted by our engaging hotel driver, a cold coconut drink, and hand towel in the car. At the hotel, we were greeted by Long, a friendly hotel staff who gave us excellent recommendations and overview of the hotel amenities including breakfast buffet, complimentary massage, and laundry services. He also recommended ways to explore the temples and things to do in downtown. In our spacious room, we were welcomed with complimentary fruits (freshly cut) and cold beverages in the mini fridge. The room is phenomenal; the staff is knowledgeable, attentive and extremely friendly; and the hotel is stunning. We will definitely stay here again and we would absolutely recommend anyone to stay here: 5/5.

From the complimentary airport pickup through to check out, a really excellent hotel and experience. Pickup driver arrived at airport equipped with cool cloths and a freshly opened coconut full of delicious coconut water. Steven, the first to welcome me, took great care to check me in and provide all the info I could possibly need: Steven, it seems, was my personal assistant for my stay at Shintara. I booked the Cabana King room, which was splendid. The bathroom was larger than many hotel rooms, and came with it own personal mini-jungle. Beautiful pools, and a wonderful grand restaurant (with an excellent breakfast buffet) at which waiter Daro provided most excellent and welcoming service. The hotel arranged a tuk tuk driver to drive me to my list of temples, and was helpful and informative throughout. Highly recommended: really a jewel of a hotel and the best possible welcome to my first time in Cambodia.
