The hotel has a great location and it has rooms facing the main Plaza. However, we did not get a room facing the main plaza and I was a little disappointed so I think if you want to book in this hotel, make sure you get the room specified before you purchase, but the location is great

The hotel is very centrally located, just yards from the centre of Aix-en-Provence. The room was spacious and well-appointed, as was the bathroom. We didn't have the hotel's breakfast as there were plenty of other options on our doorstep. We'd be very happy to stay there again.

Breakfast is mediocre at best. Need to park in an expensive parking ramp and must carry luggage a few blocks as there is no street access to the hotel. It was nice to walk the promenade with many restaurants, Noise from the pubs nearby was a little loud.

Location and Staff are Amazinf
The young lady at the front desk could not have been any more kind. She gave amazing restaurant recommendations and flagged that we were headed to the wrong Provence train station, saving us time and a lot of delays. Location was in the middle city with lots of nightlife in the area. Walkable to the city attractions.

Shower stall leaked water all over the bathroom floor. The biggest complaint is the noise level in the room at night. There are restaurants and bars outside the front of the hotel and our room faced those restaurants/bars. We can hear people singing/shouting well into 2 AM. Otherwise, the hotel is very clean and located close to underground parking (also very easy to drive into/out of Aix-en-Provence).
