Excellent location and lovely staff, right in the heart of things. However, unsuitable for anyone with any mobility issues, or having to get luggage up narrow / steep flights of stairs. Rooms are clean, but very basic and small. No dining or bar facilities on the premises, although a 10% discount is offered at a nearby restaurant.

Yes room was good, front staff were helpful. The cleaners were very noisey with the rubbish bags on the second floor throughout the day. Yes not best time to try sleep during the day, but when your out to 4 or 5am appreciate a little peace for 8 til 11am at least. But other than that a good place to stay for a couple of nights :)

The person at reception for check in was so helpful (he moved us to a different room with less stairs - as we had a very heavy suitcase) The room was tiny, but that's to be expected for the hotel location. It was so clean, bed was comfortable, shower was amazing. the coffee machine in reception was a lovely addition.
