This was without doubt the noisiest and least relaxing hotel I have ever stayed in. There was constant, very loud pulsing club music throughout the entire property — in the lobby, corridors, lifts, and even around the rooftop pool during the daytime. In the evening, the restaurant turned into a nightclub where the volume was so extreme that it was impossible to hear the person sitting next to you.
The staff were generally rude and inattentive, showing little interest in guests’ comfort or experience. What should have been a calm, enjoyable stay in central Athens turned into a completely exhausting one. Whilst the manager offered a 15 minute massage and a change of room this did not counteract a very expensive and horrible experience.
The only redeeming feature was the spa area, which was modern, clean, and provided a rare sense of peace amid the chaos elsewhere in the hotel.
Only stay here if you are after an Ibiza experience or are deaf
