The hotel has a charming post-Soviet vibe. I got a very small room with the window facing into the inner courtyard of an apartment building. It's a very small facility with older interior, very simple standard, but clean and functional for someone looking for a stay with access to shops, restaurants and transportation. The light by the bed was only partially functional, and the bathroom door handle fell off a couple of times.

Great base for a stay in Berlin

I stayed here earlier this month for an extended trip to Berlin and was very happy with hotel and the cost of the room. The room was basic but clean, the location is excellent - plenty of places to eat, and lost of really nice bars, in a short walking distance. The hotel is very close to the U-Bahn so getting around Berlin is very easy. The staff were extremely friendly, I did not need their help as it was not my first time in Berlin but they struck me as people who would be more than willing to help if needed. Overall, if you are just looking for a bed in a clean place that has an excellent location stay here. This hotel will be top of my list the next time I visit Berlin. Just a small, constructive suggestion for the owner: do not disturb signs would be very useful for the rooms.

Bra för sitt pris! Roligt och bra område att bo i om man är ute efter att gå på bar. Servicen var väldigt god och de som arbetade i receptionen var väldigt trevliga och hjälpsamma. Rummet och toan i sig var rent men duschen var aningen ostädad.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in einem alten Gebäude. Leider hat die Lüftung mein Zimmer komplett mit Zigarettenqualm geflutet, so dass das Zimmer in der ersten Nacht bestialisch stank. Frühstück gab es in einem kleinen Raum zubereitet vom Personal, kein Buffett. Nettes, zuvorkommendes Personal, einfacher Standard, enge Zufahrt. Parkplatz nicht für Transporter.

It felt not like a hotel. Reseption was close on my arrival so had to pick up keys at a store 100 m away. Workers outside my window in the backyard. Hard to sleep and to hot with windows closed. Good location and when I met them friendly staff. Could be a bit more fancy.
