Service was a little stiff upin arrival and we were charged twice for our drinks. Issue was easily resolved in the morning tho. Room was well decorated and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.Would return if needed.

My stay was a birthday gift I got from a client with whom I've worked for several years. We have grown to share many personal stories, so my client knew I was having trouble sleeping because of noise in my area. So the stay was a gift for me so I could have a better night sleep. However, there was constant noise coming from other rooms. I fell asleep only after 00:30, then I woke up at 4:30 a.m. to the sound of doors being constantly slammed. My alarm was set to 7:30 a.m., so I spent 3 hours trying to get some rest, unsuccessfully. I didn't call the reception to complain because I didn't want to go through the trouble of packing all my belongings and changing rooms! In the morning, I was feeling terrible and exhausted. At check-out, I explained my situation at the reception desk, but the two receptionists who were there, at a time when the reception was empty with no other guests, they told me there was nothing they could do. They just gave me the hotel's card and said I should call later. I asked if I could speak to the manager, but they said THERE WAS NO MANAGER ON SATURDAYS! Allegedly, the hotel has no manager on weekends! This is unimaginable! I was courteous all the time, and just tried to speak to someone responsible for the hotel and for the guests' well-being, but there was just no one to help me. So, I had a bad experience, which was supposed to be my birthday present, and the staff aren't willing to listen.

A cama não tem lençol de cobrir; o quarto é ofensivamente pequeno para dois solteiros; o frigobar não abre sem que se arraste a cama; o lavatório deveria estar dentro do banheiro; o espelho em frente do lavatório tem iluminação apenas de um lado; o café da manhã teve todos os componentes somente na manhã do nosso checkout, nos outros dias sempre estava faltando coisas e a reposição sempre demorada.
