Nice stay! The rooms were small but confortable. We waited a little to check in and the access for the gym and the pool is via another building during the construction of a tunnel. The security is good to access the hotel. Otherwise the hotel is clean and well located. About 15 minutes walk from the waterfront.

The staff is absolutely terrible and made our stay here absolutely horrible. We came here, got engaged, and this hotel was the worst place to celebrate. It takes an act of god to get upstairs to your room and you have to beg them practically and get on your hands and knees in order to receive the bare minimum of clean sheets and clean towels. Staff is unprofessional and disrespectful to guests and could not say enough terrible things about this place.

I have already commented and I got a half hearted apology email from a Siyanda there not addressing anything that happened during my stay but only saying they would do better next time. I have stayed here at least 4 other times and I do not think I will be back not only from the many things that happened that night but also the robotic half hearted response from the person I mentioned earlier.

Bel hôtel situé dans le quartier d’affaires mais quartier dangereux à la tombée de la nuit. Les chambres sont très bien agencées avec toutes les commodités (sauf sèche cheveux) par contre malgré la gentillesse du personnel, les Check in (plus de 40 minutes d'attente) Check out, informations sur l’utilisation des ascenseurs de l’hôtel (automatiques mais ne desservent pas tous les étages…) est catastrophique.
