The accommodation in itself was fine and other travellers did respect the quiet time. The code to get into the accommodation was a big issue for me, I tried for around 15 mins to get in before a kind man also tried, for him to also not be able to open the door. Luckily someone was in the downstairs kitchen and she opened the door for me, telling me I needed to push the door hard, this kinda put me In a situation as I didn’t go back out incase I couldn’t get back in.

Clean room, but very tiny. Too small for 2 people. A lot of the guests were loud and didn't respect quiet hours. This is an ok place if you want to save money and don't mind a small and loud space with shared amenities.

Water do not drain in the bathroom, even told reception several times. Rooms are too warm, no sound proof. Reception is not in the same place of apartment, need 5-6 min walk from rooms.

The room was fine and staff friendly. Great location. The kitchenette was reasonably basic. The main problem is the shower is tiny and the faucets don’t stay on the wall. The other issue is smokers smoke on the balcony and smokes comes inside the halls and rooms.

Atendimento péssimo

Boa noite, estou cube central rooms, estou na minha segunda diária sem internet, o wifi do local não funciona, já foi solicitado a empresa, eles se desculpam e não resolve o problema, minha diária vai acabar amanhã pela manhã e não pude utilizar um serviço que contratei. Eu e minha esposa precisamos da internet pra falar com familiares, coisas de trabalho e estamos totalmente sem acesso. Itinerário:73121454898444 Uma coisa tão simples que é acesso a internet, ficamos sem acesso. Fiquei sem acesso a internet nas duas diárias, no check out, tentei conversar com a gerente, ela simplesmente me destratou e falou que não podia fazer nada. O atendimento foi péssimo. Solicito uma resolução do problema, paguei um serviço que não foi fornecido. Que seja devolvida diária ou seja abatida, visto ter pago um serviço que não foi oferecido

Exactly as portrayed on the booking, It is a hostel for a good price (though it could be $15 less per night), and the staff was very considerate of us! The instructions to find the hostel are clear and after arriving, we realized what a nice quiet location it is less than 5 minutes walking from the start of the river (down town). Shout out to house keeping -- the room, bathroom, and kitchen were all maintained very well! Just be aware that the taxi cannot come all the way to the house, about a 3 min walk uphill from the closest drop point. You also need to check in at their sister hotel first which you also have to walk to. Just be aware if you have a lot of luggage to ask the taxi to wait with it. No parking on site.

Very disappointing

The internet connection didn't work, the air conditioning didn't work, the safe didn't work. The girl in the reception (10 min from the room) was nice enough, but couldn't help. To be fair, I only spent one night there, so there wasn't that much time to fix things. But those things should have been in order in the first place. The room was ok, very small, but the pictures didn't promise more. The shower and wc were very small, obviously someone has tried to cram in as much as possible in the house.

Reception is somewhere else, smells of smoke in th

The room smells smoke despite the sign on the wall that it's not a smoking room. No information was given by the hotel pre arrival about the reception which is in another location around 10 minutes walk from this place. Arriving with a big suitcase, no one is there to check you in, you need to call and figure out that the reception is somewhere else! How convenient is especially in a rainy day. When you check out, you have to take your suitcase to another location where their reception is. I don't recommend this place with misinformation about their location and reception.
