The room was very nice but the bathroom was amazing. I have never stayed in a room in Germany with such a big bathroom. The ceilings were tall, the bed was comfortable but the bathroom was nicer and bigger than my home.

Adequate size room.large double bed. Good quality bed linen. Soft ,fluffy white towels. Modern and slick rooms with modern large shower room. Clean. Black tiled reception area .. felt very seedy. Arrived at midnight and could not find hotel as the sign is not lite up and lights in the street are poor. Excellent transport into centre. Tram 1 minute away. Reception staff need training in customer service. Try Crusty H( very reasonable, lovely owners)bakery 2 minutes away for light breakfast and Frans Honig for more extensive menu ! We ate at Markthalle a few times … freshly prepared food ,so tasty !

Beautiful hotel in great location. Rooms and beds are clean too. The staff was very pleasant although the lady checking me in this last time seemed a little short with me. She was efficient though. The rest of the staff were otherwise exceptional towards me. Im surprised no fridge in the big rooms for keeping drinks cold and no tea cups or proper kettle for those that cant drink coffee.

The hotel as well as the restaurant and bar are beautiful with high quality interior design. The service was friendly and smooth. The separately paid breakfast was not exceptionally unique, but the food selection was diverse and of high quality. Dinner at the restaurant - especially the pulpo dish - was definitely top notch! The location was very close to everywhere we wanted to go by foot in Friedrichshain, so we were really happy about it!

Nettes Hotel - etwas weniger zentrumsnah
Plus: sehr netter Service, gutes Frühstück, Hotel hat Garage im Haus, ansprechendes „Grün“Zimmer mit Bar, Tram Station 2 min vom Hotel (M10), neue Zimmer, Sauna im Haus, Abendessen im Haus möglich. Minus: einige Mitarbeiter sprechen kein Deutsch, Zimmer war um 16:30 Uhr noch nicht gerichtet, zum Teil lange Schlangen an der Rezeption, Balkontüre war nicht zu öffnen und wurde auch in den 3 Tagen nicht repariert (somit keinerlei Fenster zu öffnen), Tiefgarage war übervoll und Gäste parken dann wild, Bäder riechen nach Abfluss, am Frühstück keine Möglichkeit Allergene im Essen herauszufinden, da die Schilder fehlen, von außen nicht sehr einladend
