The room was nice, if a bit cosy with three of us in it. Breakfast was really good with a great variety of food, fresh and delicious. However service wasn't great. When we couldn't work out the heating / air con system, we used the QR code provided to contact a WhatsApp number but no one ever responded. We also got scolded by the shower as it wasn't clear how to regulate the temperature at first. Best things about the hotel are the location and breakfast, which was, however expensive. I thought I booked it as included but it turns out it wasn't.

The hotel was conveniently located in the city center, though it was closed off from the rest of the city. That was a nice touch. If you need to get around, the metro or bus are just a hop, skip, and a jump away. Plus, the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Hôtel Doisy Etoile is situated in an amazing location, walking distance from Are de Triomphe, delicious restaurants and the metro. It was very easy to get to all the main areas of Paris. The staff were very nice, the room was very clean, modern and not too small. The breakfast is amazing, with fresh or homemade foods. I would 100% recommend this hotel, the price was great for this high quality stay.

Hotel Doisy staff is so kind and available for any request! The rooms are small, but very clean and well appointed; the beds super comfortable. There is a gathering floor with a 24/7 lounge and where breakfast is served. Tucked off a main street in a pleasant neighborhood, the hotel is surprisingly quiet. Open your balcony windows and hear the charming church bells (which do not play overnight). Great restaurants close by and a short walk to the Arc de Triomphe and the Metro, altho we had more fun renting Lime electric bikes on Uber!

Very nice quaint hotel in a wonderful location just a few minutes walk to the Arc de Triomphe! We were greeted by friendly staff and enjoyed a clean, perfectly accommodating room for our family of 3. Restaurants nearby were good. Our favorite morning stop was Madison Hardel!! Their pastries are amazing and according to a local the best in the area, not to mention the prices were affordable!! Overall we had a great experience and enjoyed our quick stop in Paris.

The staff were lovely and accommodating. The WiFi stopped working on our second evening but managed to come back online by the next day. The bathroom was not very clean and the shower was grimey. The toilet brush holder had a lot of water in it which wasn’t a great sight. Other than that the main room was tidy and nicely decorated. We had a room that had stairs behind it leading to breakfast so that was a bit loud in the mornings so if we stayed again we probably would ask to not have a room by the stairs.
