The staff were so extremely kind as soon as we got to door he opened it for us gave us such a warm welcome with every detail we needed for the night and then when we left he also was so extremely kind checking everything was good with our stay would recommend to anyone wish I got staff members name to highlight to team but what a lovely stay

The house is beautiful, clean, and well cared for. They have paid attention to every detail. It was super convenient that they send you your access code in advance so no check in is needed. Very pleasant and comfortable stay!

Easy to check in with good communication from the staff. Room was lovely, with towels replaced daily. Shower pressure fluctuated with the temperature going from cool to extremely hot but that was the only complaint. Would definitely recommend and return to this property.

Overall, I had an excellent experience at Butlers Townhouse. Management provided me with the check-in instructions & access code the day before my arrival, and my room was ready. The accommodations were clean & adequate. The bathroom had plenty of hot water & soft towels and the bed was comfortable. Excellent ventilation & fresh air via casement windows. The sitting room downstairs was comfortable & had a refrigerator & coffee machine plus an adjacent terrace with a view of Aviva Stadium. Although there is not a restaurant on site, there are is a cafe & several pubs & gastropubs within short walking distance plus several markets. Public transport (DART) is a short walk, too. The staff was friendly & made sure they took care of all requests.

Location was great (close to train). The male attendant was great, super helpful! The room was out of date, the carpet was gross, the bathroom curtain was dirty, and I did see a bug in my bed lol.

Butlers townhouse is in a nice quiet area. It is near lansdowne station, a short train to get to the center of action. There happened to be an employee there when I was checking in who was very helpful. The home is beautiful. It was a neat experience rather than staying in a hotel. The water pressure was fanastic, bed was comfy, ample space in the room. Will be staying again if im ever back!

Butlers townhouse is a short walk away from EVERYTHING! Traveled with extended family and we each had our own rooms which made it easy and it still felt homey.

The hotel has a homely feeling lounge with a microwave, fridge and coffee maker which is very convenient for breakfast/snacks. The location was very good, only a few minutes walking to DART station (three stops to city centre) and bus stops. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Check-in by codes is very easy. They also have a staff member on site most of the time. Luke was great - he was really responsive and helpful. All in all the hotel is very good value for money.

Clean room and bathroom. A bit of traffic noise at night. Lack of a lift was a challenge. Convenient for a trip to the ferry terminal.
