Es war wunderbar ruhig, Zimmer und das drumherum sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Servicepersonal ist aufmerksam und nett. Wir haben an zwei Abendenden im Restaurant gegessen, das Essen war sehr gut. Die Gegend ist gut für Radtouren geeignet und im See konnten wir uns gut abkühlen. Empfehlenswert.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und das Ambiente war toll. Das Hotel liegt etwas verlassen an einem Golplatz. Es gibt leider keine Möglichkeiten zu Fuß alternative Restaurants oder Supermärkte zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker. Die Auswahl war sehr umfangreich. Nicht so schön war, dass das Hotel unterbesetzt war. Die Rezeption war nicht dauerhaft besetzt. Man sah sie immer springen zwischen Rezeption und Service im Restaurant. Dadurch wirkte das Personal sehr abgehetzt bzw. überfordert. Es war immer noch freundlich aber das Lächeln auf dem Gesicht, was man sich als Gast erhofft um sich willkommen zu fühlen, fehlte häufig. Leider hatten wir zunächst ein viel kleineres Zimmer bekommen, als es bei Expedia beschrieben war. Das wurde im Hotel angesprochen und wir bekamen das letzte alternativ größere Zimmer. Ferner war es schade, dass es auch Preisdifferenzen bei der Halbpension gab. Über Hotels Specials sollte die HP 22 EUR kosten, Bei Van der Valk auf der Seite 27 EUR und vor Ort hatten wir nur die Wahl zu einem 3-Gang Menu für 33 EUR. Das haben wir nicht verstanden. Das Essen a la Carte wurde an diesem Wochenende nicht angeboten. Wir wurden ständig gefragt, ob wir bei denen im Restaurant essen wollen, was nach 4 mal fragen irgendwann lästig wurde. Wir sind mit dem Auto nach Krukow am See gefahren (15 Minuten entfernt). Dort hatten wir ein schönes Restaurant gefunden mit tollem Service und Preis-/Leistungverhälnis.

Die Hotelanlage ist sehr romantisch und das Restaurant auch sehr süß. In meinem Zimmer allerdings, welches sehr sehr eng war gab es die ganze Zeit, auch die Nacht durch immer ein nervendes Klickgeräusch. Da konnte ich nicht abschalten.
