As soon as we stepped into our room, it smell of dog urine (even though this hotel is not pet friendly). We thought it might air out when we turned the A/C down to cool the room off but it did not. I requested a new room and they were able to accommodate me. However, we got in that room and it smelled of cigarette smoke (even though it was a non smoking room). The hallway of the 4th floor was also very stained all throughout. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly but I will not be staying here again.

The tv in our room didn’t work. Staff was aware because there was a Post-It note taped to the wall with instructions on how to use the lobby remote to make it work. (Spoiler: directions and neither remote made the tv work.) Black mold on our bathroom ceiling because there was no vent fan. Age and lack of maintenance most obvious in bathroom. Tons of hard water buildup on shower head. Products look decades old. Bed was decent. Sausage at breakfast was good. Eggs reconstituted. Not worth the price of the stay; will not return.

Every staff personnel was kind and friendly. The hotel was booked to capacity and very busy. We reported a leak in the room through A/C unit the night it rained but other than that it was clean and comfortable. The hotel just needs some attention.
