Had a very nice time stayed half board the food was very good even though it was buffet style only no so great was in the evening you had to pay for drinks with dinner coffee tea juice was free with breakfast if your going to Marrakech please note that there is very little place to drink alcohol this hotel doesn't serve or had alcohol rooms were very nice and clean bit basic only three coat hangers in wardrobe room cleaned every day pool area is on the roof and very nice with sunbeds and a snack bar for soft drinks and food very enjoyable holiday staff were very friendly and helpful

This hotel is a good option if you don’t want to stay in the Medina. The breakfast room is amazing. The pool seems great although they are doing some work construction next to it. I bet it will look amazing in a few months. I found that all the employees were very kind and helpful. Receptionist, front desk agent, doorman, people at breakfast room. The room was clean and very comfortable. It has a cute balcony. I would recommend it.

The Hotel is ok .The staff are great and really helpful. From reception staff,to the chefs ,servers ,and the security staff there were all very helpful. The rooms could do with updating and the Poole is 1,8 m only small section is for kids snd is 0.5 m wich is not great for children to play around.
