We enjoyed our stay at Caladh in Stornoway. The location was perfect, as we arrived late off the ferry into Stornoway. The staff were friendly and helpful. Thanks for a lovely stay.

The room was well stocked, clean and had plenty of room for the 2 of us. Check-in was fast and friendly. Lots of adjacent parking. Close to downtown and ferry. We had dinner there one night and it was outstanding!! No issues here.

We stayed an extra night because it was so comfortable and secure. The Outer Hebrides are marvelous and Calaidh is the best location from which to see the Isle of Lewis.

The hotel is very good with lovely food, it’s just a shame cars have to be so noisy during the night (Saturday night) Bed was lovely a comfortable if you weren’t kept awake by noise

This hotel was very clean and serviceable. Except for one exceptionally helpful staff person there was nothing outstanding about it. It was conveniently located near the ferry terminal.

We had a lovely stay at Caladh Inn in Stornoway. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming, with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and the location was ideal for exploring Stornoway and the surrounding area. The food was enjoyable, the rooms were well-kept, and the overall atmosphere was warm and easy-going. Would happily recommend and would definitely stay again!

Too expensive for what is offered. The location is excellent and the staff is OK. But there isn't the slightest attempt to make the place cosy or personal. Barren, grey walls. Not a place you want to spend any time in.

The staff were delightful and very professional, breakfast was very good, hotel in a convenient location, other guests were well-behaved (sadly not always the case these days!)

A kind and safe sanctuary (Calaidh - is a safe port or sanctuary in Gaelic) in the old world port of Stornoway. The hotel is fitted out very nicely and also has a nice restaurant and bar. Location is outstanding. Near the port - near the downtown (shopping or touring or entertainment). The grocery store is a 2 minute walk. Off street parking was excellent. Staff were lovely. Full marks - all the way.
