We stayed for three nights.
This place is falling apart. Everything is beat up, broken and dirty. The luggage carts have bolts missing and the trim is dragging on the ground.
Both of the guest elevators lurched and made terrifying squealing noises every time they moved, or the doors opened.
Every light in the rooms was a compact fluorescent light (in 2025!!!) and flashed for 3-4 seconds when being switched on. Epileptics, beware.
The toilet seat was falling off the toilet. The ceiling tiles in the washroom area didn’t fit into their tracks, sitting ajar in their spaces.
I spilled some coffee on the carpet and used a towel to dry the area, but the towel was BLACK after using it to sop up the spill. Not coffee brown, roughneck black. This carpet hasn’t been cleaned in years probably.
After we checked in the first day, we never again got as many towels. Which was frustrating, because although I don’t need a separate towel for my hair, my wife does. But I used a towel sized for that on the floor, which meant that between the two of us, we each got a bath towel and had to share a washcloth and hand towel for drying our hands.
Speaking of coffee, we never had our coffee supply replenished after we checked in. I had to seek out staff to ask for our daily refill, and was only given one, so luckily my wife didn’t want a cup.
The “complimentary” breakfast downstairs was fine. It was restaurant style, choice of two meals, delivered by wait staff. Best part of the place.
