Staying at Bed&Bike Rome was such a highlight of our trip! We visited to bike the Via Francigena and were advised by a previous guest to pay for the airport transfer with our bike bags. Claudio made it incredibly easy! He picked us up, loaded the bags, and chatted with us about biking in Italy on the way to the hotel. It was a wonderful welcome. We also paid for storage of our bags while we were on the trip as we returned to Bed&Bike Rome afterwards. Unfortunately, I broke my foot while on the trip and needed a first floor room and transfer from the train station. Again, Claudio made it happen. Despite being so needy he never made me feel like an inconvenience! The rooms were comfortable, clean, and had good water pressure. The wifi worked better than most other hotels we stayed at. The location (Giulio Cesare) was wonderful too. Our first day we walked to some major sites (Vatican City, Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, etc.) fairly easily (we're pretty fit and could do the hour walk to the Colosseum but others may want to use trains/other transit). Should you find yourself in Rome, I highly recommend staying here!
