Lovely stay just outside of the city center. Spacious room and the couch was oh so comfy. Great reception upon arrival and was able to keep bags at the guesthouse while we walked about town since we had a later flight.

웨이블리 역에서 걸어가기엔 멀리 떨어져 있어요. 올드시티에서 걸어서 약 25~30분 정도 걸립니다. 주변은 조용했어요. 호텔이라기 보다는 guest house또는 Bed & Breakfast 성격의 숙박시설인 것 같습니다. 직원이 친절하고, 아침식사가 좋았습니다. 3층 방에 머물렀는데, 엘리베이터가 없어서 무거운 짐을 들고 올라가는 것이 힘들었습니다. 방은 깨끗했지만 매우 좁았어요.

Perfect spot for getting round the city with the no. 11 bus right outside! Room spacious and kept in the best possible condition. Have to pay extra for breakfast but worth it, however plenty of choices close by.

Could not be happier with our stay at Froach House in Edinburgh! From the moment that two rather exhausted travellers showed up on the doorstep, Dylan took us in and was exceptionally helpful. The house is wonderful and cozy, and perfectly situated in the neighborhood to grab either bus or tram and explore the city, or find a cafe or pub and relax. We stayed on the top floor, giving us beautiful breezes and sunsets to enjoy, an extremely comfortable bed, and hot tea to make in the room. We could not have asked for a better place to stay, nor better service from our host. A younger generation raised on only Airbnb and self check-ins will not realize how great staying in a well-run bed and breakfast is. Froach House is a 10/10.

Spacious room, comfortable beds and modern en suite. The fan already in the room was especially welcomed during the warm spell. Excellent breakfast! On bus lines into the city center. Very helpful staff.

Great place for a great price. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, the room was clean, sizable and well equipped, and the location while a bit far from the city center was directly across from a bus stop into the city. Breakfast was also standout, and I’d recommend getting it as the nearby cafes are mediocre at best.

Staff were very nice and extremely helpful. Great location to hop on the bus and travel to locations if you choose not to walk. The room was clean, slept in comfortable beds and the pillows were comfortable too. We highly recommend Fraoch House to stay while in Edinburgh.
