We were told we would get light service daily, which is bed made and fresh towels. However we got no service, I called on this daily. When I called Thursday and Friday this was when I was told light service only, I advised we got no service. On Saturday when I called I was told only light service Monday - Friday because this is an extended stay hotel, I told her we didn't even get that during the week. On our second day my husband walked by the arm chair in the room and scratched / cut is leg open about a 4 inch long scratch on an arm chair that had a 1-2" piece of metal sticking out. I told the front desk and they didn't do anything not even offer a bandaid, I asked them to remove the chair - they did remove the chair. The shuttle guys are awesome, however, I think the front desk employees prevent them from making any tip money. If you need a ride talk to them not the front desk, if they have time to take you somewhere they will. The front desk will tell you no they are there to go to and from New York New York only. Overall I doubt we will return, I am more incline to go someplace for clean and fresh room with good service as opposed to what we got here. We paid $274 a night, we should of got better service than this. I posted a pic of the nail and the missing chair after they took it. I wish I had taken a pic of the metal that cut my husband leg.
