This hotel doesn't even deserve 3 stars. It doesn't really smell good, the sheets and pillows are dirty. The rooms smell really bad, however the reception staff are friendly. I do not recommend this establishment. I was in a hurry to leave him.

The room's uncleanliness is evident, with dirt, grime, and dust present throughout. Equally concerning is the lack of proper ventilation, leading to stagnant and uncomfortable air quality. This compromises both comfort and safety, potentially facilitating the spread of infections. I implore you to take immediate action to address these issues. A thorough cleaning and improvement of ventilation are essential. The well-being of your guests is at stake, and I urge your team to prioritize their health and safety. I will strongly not recommend this hotel to any new customers.

It was an old hotel and the rooms (I tried 2) were smelling of mold. I understand it comes from the central air condition, which I think they should replace. I'm sure it was a beautiful hotel back in the day, but it sucks now. Try somewhere else.

Excellent hotel in chennai. And the staff are really good and they were able to allow an early check-in and late check-out. everything was excellent except for the bar which was horrible and not well stocked, bar tender had no knowledge bout drinks. But the others things made up for it. This is an awesome hotel
