Excelente hotel, tudo perfeito, apartamento amplo com sauna e hidro. Tem spa e piscina externa, café ótimo, atendimento maravilhoso, restaurante na varanda, ponto muito bom em área mais calma e perto do lago.

Top Lage! Zimmer altmodisch aber SAUBER und zweckmässig ausgestattet. Frühstück reichlich, etwas Abwechslung würde nicht schaden aber Gut. Personal immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles in allem gutes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis. Würden wiederkommen.

Hotellet har ett fantastiskt läge precis vid Gardasjön, med vackra promenadstråk i naturen och inte långt ifrån centrum. Kvinnan i receptionen var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam. Frukostbuffén var riktigt bra, med både varma och kalla rätter, ett stort utbud av bakverk, kakor, frukt och grönsaker. Spaavdelningen var fint inredd och arrangerad, desvärre temperaturen därinne var alldeles för hög. den utomhusjacuzzi som inte var i bruk. Hotellet har en elegant grund med marmorgolv, fina trappor och stor potential, men skulle behöva en ordentlig upprustning och bättre skötsel av terrasserna och växterna. Sammantaget trivdes jag och skulle absolut kunna tänka mig att bo här igen. Med lite mer omsorg och underhåll skulle hotellet kunna erbjuda en ännu finare upplevelse!

Location, location, location in lovely Limone. The hotel is not very high standard from a quality point of view with dated rooms and pool area, however the pool it self is very fresh. The location…wow!

The property was centrally located although very average. The king bed was actually two twin beds pushed together with single sheets and covers, making it uncomfortable for two people. Overall, a pleasant stay but overpriced nightly rate.

The location of the hotel is excelent. I had booked 2 tooms. A Junior Suite with Lake view 269sq/ft and a Superior double with Terrace at 179sq/ft. However the 179sq/ft Superior double room was much better for the value because the size difference is the square footage of the terraces. Actually the standard rooms have a better location in the hotel for lake view. The rooms are spacious and the double beds are large almost like queen and 2 people can sleep comfortably in them. However the property is old and not upkept.

Without Irena on reception our time would not have been nearly as good. She is fabulous, helpful, attentive and keen to show you how best to make the most of your stay. The other young male receptionist was terrible, bordering on rude & unhelpful. Breakfast was good, fresh and tasty. Hotel itself is living off past glories, room set up is just weird, and decide is very dated and the whole hotel needs renovated, especially given the price being charged. Spa / Sauna area is very smelly, old and ingrained dirt. Rooms were well kept by staff. Asked for a lake view but garden trees unkept blocking view and gardens are not maintained. The shared balcony area is again unkept with astrograss needing renewed. Overall we slept well but am glad we weren’t staying to long. Summary if you want help as for Irena she is the unseen star but other that her, this is another Italian hotel living off its past and location and no real sign of maintenance or upgrade program. Expensive for what it is.

Toplocatie met zwembad. Kamer erg ruim, maar gedateerd. Personeel aan de receptie erg vriendelijk, in het restaurant niet. Ontbijt maar tot 9.30 uur. Veel herrie vroeg in de ochtend van schoonmakers en de tweede ochtend iemand met een hogedruk reiniger. Ontbijt oke, maar erg rommelig.

Hotel 4 stelle superior: solo sulla scritta all’esterno dell’hotel. Arredamento vecchio, terrazzo all’esterno della camera con tappeto di erba sintetica, piscina esterna sporca, le piante all’esterno in stato di abbandono, colazione al buffet senza attenzione all’igiene. Va bene per un soggiorno toccata e fuga….non per rimanerci una settimana. Rapporto qualità/prezzo : negativo.

This property needs upgrading. Room furnishing is outdated. Breakfast included but not impressed at all. The parking garage is a joke. If you drive a mid size car, good luck to your parking skill. We also asked to change our room which is close to the noisy pool and the AC seemed not working properly. We were asked to pay extra 45 euro per night. We stayed for two nights. Ripped off. Bathroom condition is disgusting, my wife hesitated to go in the shower barefoot. Rust and dirt inside the shower, I will not recommend anyone to stay here,

Leider eine herbe Enttäuschung – vor allem für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel. Wir haben uns auf unseren Aufenthalt im Hotel Alexander gefreut, wurden aber massiv enttäuscht. Das angebliche Zimmer mit Seeblick bot lediglich Blick auf eine Garageneinfahrt. Auf der Terrasse gab es keinerlei Privatsphäre – am Abend stand sogar ein fremder Hotelgast direkt vor unserem Zimmer. Die Zimmerausstattung war inakzeptabel für ein Haus dieser Kategorie: Aus der Toilette trat Wasser aus, die Duschabdichtung war verschmutzt – insgesamt machte das Zimmer einen ungepflegten und abgewohnten Eindruck. Obwohl wir unsere Beanstandungen sofort an der Rezeption gemeldet haben, wurde uns keine angemessene Lösung angeboten. Das Hotel war angeblich ausgebucht, ein Upgrade wurde abgelehnt, Kulanz gab es keine. Wir sind deshalb vorzeitig abgereist – und sollen dennoch zwei Nächte voll bezahlen, die wir gar nicht mehr genutzt haben. Positiv hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und bemühte Personal an der Rezeption – leider aber ohne Befugnis, wirklich zu helfen. Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel absolut enttäuschend. Wir können dieses Haus nicht empfehlen.

Betala tax 2 ggr då de tog fel betalning, fick ett slitet gammalt rum. Gammal hård säng med kuddar som tegelstenar, gammal duschkabin, inte renoverat sedan 80 talet Frukosten var dålig, kasst utbud. En kock som hade et par handskar hela morgonen. Skar bröd, gjorde ägg, sallad o frukt i samma handskar som hon pillade på alla kakor med2 stjärnor max!!! Aldrig igen

Ett trevligt hotell i mysig by. Enda dåliga var att rummet var stort utan avgränsat badrum och att man fick dela terrass med alla andra rum.
