Ne pas prendre si vous recherchez une piscine

L’hôtel est placé dans une rue privée ce qui est un bon point. J’avais pris cet hôtel pour sa piscine mais la piscine se trouve à 100m de l’hôtel à côté d’une grande salle de réception qui est la plus part du temps utilisée (donc forcément tout le monde vous regarde vous baigner …). L’eau était trouble aussi (impossible de voir ses pieds dans l’eau). Donc si comme nous vous chercher un hôtel à Leagazpi avec Piscine , passez votre chemin… Sinon l’hôtel est pas trop mal mais pas d’ascenseur et au deuxième étage ils ne font pas fonctionner les ventilateurs dans les couloirs… Il faut donc une chaleur d’enfer. Merci

Hotel lleno de humedades

El hotel que no se parece en nada a las Fotos de la web, está lleno de humedades, es muy viejo y no está céntrico Tuvimos que añadir dinero para tener la Máxima categoría y aún así no se podía estar El Personal muy justo y en el desayuno la comida estaba llena de mosquitos En fin, un desastre No volveremos

TV broken, hot water maker broken, telephone broken, swimming pool broken, spa broken/closed. Over priced for the extremely tiny room and lack of amenities. The photos look amazing and were likely taken when it opened. It's now old, rusted and broken. There is NO room with a view of the volcano! I was told I can go on the roof to view Mayon. Security is great! The staff appear nice and friendly. The food is 4 or so typical Filipino dishes. I bet she was a beautiful hotel back in the day, but not now. Short drive to Starbucks 7am. and SM mall 10am. If you want your room made up, you have to request it every day. Laundry service is very expensive as usual in hotels.

A little disappointment

Hotel waiting until the weekend to clean their swimming pool our whole stay which is one of the reasons I chose this hotel. The pool should have been cleaned overnight hours or during the week. The breakfast was ok but have had better.

Convenient location and helpful staff

The hotel staff here was so helpful they researched tours for our stay at the next hotel we were going to. The only problem was we were over a restaurant that was very loud our first night. I would recommend asking for a quieter place if you have small children and want to be able to sleep earlier. Overall though, it was a very good stay in a convenient location even if the area is dirty.

This the 3rd hotel i have stayed in at legazpi and by far the worst. After checking in and going to my room the key did not work so back down the stairs as no lift then when i got into my room there were no towels. I called housekeeping and after an hour i went back down stairs to reception and eventualy got some only to discover there was no hot water. The safe didnt work so had to have it changed. On the balcony the water came back up through the tiles when you stood on them. I would not stay here again

Good location to the airport. We reserved 2 beds but when we checked in they said they were unavailable. Also reserved a ride to the airport but the driver never showed up, had to take a trike or miss my flight.

BEWARE! AVOID AT ALL COST! This place is not what it looks like in the picture! Very misleading information! We waited 45 minutes at the airport and no one was picking us up. I had to find a way to get in touch with the hotel. They don't even know where coming, yet the hotel was less than a minute from the airport. The place is old, untidy, and smelled moldy. We booked a family room and was charged as a family room. We were given a standard room with 2 beds. There were no upgrades in these hotel rooms since built. Scaffoldings usage for renovation is just standing in the lobby with no signs of someone working or using it. The swimming pool cannot be found inside the hotel premises as it is not even owned by the hotel. They will tell the guest that the swimming pool is under treatment so the guest will not look for it. The next morning my husband tried to locate the pool as we are supposed to stay for 5 days with our 2 teenage kids. He was told to cross the road and go through a residential area as instructed, yet still no swimming pool to be found. He finally gave up and returned to the hotel as he felt like trespassing in the area. That's when we decided to leave the hotel but cannot be refunded as Expedia charged my credit card way before we arrive. We tried to contact Expedia but no one to be reached. It was a terrible first day of our visit to Legaspi! I lost $835.00 Canadian for nothing! I am not the only victims in this hotel, some guest comes in rage and complaint.
