The property amenities are perfect. You have beach with a restaurant and tiki huts, a swimming pool with a lazy river, a slide and a swim up bar. The staff is so nice.

I enjoyed my stay, only issue I had was my fridge was leaking/not freezing. Ruined my babies ice cream and popscicles :( We love the pool. And the staff are super friendly.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Everything closes pretty early,nlike front office, the bar restuarant. but the staff was amazing. Room was ok for what we were doing but typically lower standard we are used to but still very very clean. Just older. The owner of the store took us the the airport our departure day because the cab company was late so that was amazing and we are very grateful!! Will be back!!

The Room Attendant and Houseman that serviced my room 312 were exceptional, he helped me take my luggage to the room. The only thing that was disappointing was there is no elevator in the hotel, and it has 3 or 4 floors of stairs. I didn't see any food and beverage. It was well kept and I felt safe in the environment. Will definitely visit again!

My only issue was the internet connection in the rooms on the 3rd floor, the internet wasn't picking up in the rooms other than that it was amazing I enjoyed my stay am planning my next stay very soon

The property was basic but for the price it was great. Bonus being able to use the facilities at their sister property across the street. Pool bar was cool set up like a grotto. Bartender there was excellent!

Beautiful place in a beautiful part of the world. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Lack on an elevator hurts when you’re on the top floor and the 4pm check in makes life very difficult if your long flight gets you there at 10am

All about location, access to beach, ferry to Port Lucaya, pool bar and the people. Accommodated my request for larger table and chair in room as I do puzzles. A few inconveniences - no hair dryer or iron in room (I bring my own), late delivery of bath towels some days, delays getting clean beach towel, limited front desk hours. No one present when posted staff would be during my time to check out. Love Freeport!

Bathroom was under construction No linen or pillows on the bed A/C didn't work I called the front desk to complain but no one answered I left emeditly and had to sleep in my car I want a total refund

The staff is amazing! Especially Patrice and the crew at the open-air restaurant near the beach. Food was always delicious, fresh and plentiful. If you want a relaxing, walk to whatever property this is it. 5 mins to beach or pool, same with the restaurant and a minute walk to the ferry to take you up the channel (6 mins) to downtown restaurants, bars , entertainment and shops.
