Great trip, clean hotel, and it had everything you would need for a short trip.

Amazing value for the price and much better than expected. The premises were very clean and tidy and the service from the staff, especially in the restaurant, was excellent. The breakfast buffet had a good selection and was kept constantly replenished. On the slightly negative side the car park was very congested with vans and commercials but if you drive to the rear of the hotel there is plenty of parking for cars. Our room was fine but the bed harder than we like. All in all we had an enjoyable stay and would certainly use again.

This is a good no-nonsense hotel very competitively priced. But it is on a busy dual carriage way with traffic noise till gone midnight. We've stayed here several times Ask for a room at the back where it is quieter.

The hotel overall offered a very good price for a reasonably convenient location, the bed itself was nothing to get hyped about, but it just about beats out a sofa bed. There was an Air Conditioning (or just Heater/Cooler) unit in the room, but the control panel just flashed "E3" repeatedly and otherwise done nothing whilst it was turned on - there was however a small fan in the room which was OK as a backup. Parking is plentiful and we had no trouble finding a space, even when arriving back to the hotel late at night. All the staff we spoke to were very pleasant. If I wanted a more comfortable sleep, because of the bed I'd choose elsewhere, but for the price we paid it was a good option for a bed and then breakfast buffet the following morning.

Redwings is a budget hotel, no frills but clean and & tidy with friendly staff

Needs a total upgrade. Furnishings full of cigarette burns. Cheap flimsy sanitary wear, very old, tatty dirty looking duvet under a clean duvet cover. The flimsiest toilet roll ever. No restaurant open at the weekend. Door had obviously been kicked in at one point. Very much looked like it had been used for homeless during COVID times and not refurbished since then.

The room has air conditioning which was it’s one redeeming feature. The room was in need of some tlc and the bathroom didn’t look very clean but the stay overall was ok. The door in the corridor banged loudly every time somebody came through.

This little gem made a stay in the area that much better, the staff were super super helpful and friendly and the whole place was spotlessly clean, yes it has a few tatty areas that could be addressed but eveything else out weighs that. Never been to the area and experienced the hospitality at such a high standard. Well done all

Zimmer sehr sauber, allerdings hat es seine besten Jahre hinter sich, abgenutzter Teppich, Dusche mittelmäßig, kaum Wasserstrahl vorhanden, Personal dafür super freundlich

It was all I needed for a visit to Dudley to see family. Convenient, room was satisfactory (although no info sheet - I had to go down to reception to find wifi password and breakfast times) Phone in the room didnt appear to work. Bed was comfortable, a beautiful blossom tree was outside my window. Parking was good and breakfast was ideal.
