Only issued we had they won’t allowed our kids to play minor hockey at the end of the hallway were all that end rooms wings were ours and it was early afternoon
They should put hockey team on main level & let them
We saw some playing on 3rd floor and they let them play
Plus I asked months before arrival to get a conference room & they told us they were all reserved all weekend but one night one was empty
Also don’t let your kids go in the hot tub its been 2 years in a row that 4-5 kids get sick the next day we arrived with strep throat, pink eyes, throat infection, etc
Beside this the hotel is beautiful, well maintained, very nice decorated for Christmas. They have a bar, a gym, a pool.
We took the suite with stove & kitchenette so we could cooked all weekend it was nice only issued there I booked (I saw it on my pictures) room looked bigger AND had a sofa bed
Upon arrival only a king size. Only thing she said « you can rent a cot for 10$/a night. Didn’t offered it free. And told me you booked with 3rd party sometimes their publication is false. Like really? Never happened before anws & I also saw an open door next to ours that look like picture I saw & look like it should of been the room I booked.
