Awesome location within easy walking distance to so much, even more than just Broadway and Times Square! Hotel itself is nothing fancy, but they provide water bottles and the breakfast includes hot eggs and sausage. They also hold your bags until 7pm after checkout.

The hotel is generally not bad, for no more than 3-4 nights. Pros: location, relatively clean, safe. Cons: very tiny room, no refrigerator, though we asked for one later and they brought it to us within an hour, check-in took a bit longer, had to wait in the lobby, but the staff is generally very friendly and helpful.

Everything looks great. It’s except for two things which made me give it a four instead of a five: no source for cold, clean water, other than during breakfast. A water fountain with a filter would be great. And the other issue was the way that the breakfast area is set up. It’s very hard to get in there when it’s crowded.

Convenient location and bad service. We arrived to a cancelled reservation, it took us about 30 minutes to get a new room and even if we requested the front desk to charge everything to one card, they charged the night to separate card as they pleased. The room smelled bad
