Booked our stay through hotels.com a week or so before Thanksgiving after a grueling 7 hour drive we finally arrive at our hotel, check in, I had booked a 2 queen bed room only to come find out that the hotel had over booked and I now have a one bed with a pull out couch, the front desk person appeared to be the only staff member there, the couch was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on, not an apology or anything was had, the front desk person almost went as fast to say if we didn’t like that we could go elsewhere.
