Piscina temperada, buffet gratuito Gracias a Expedia, un poco alejado del centro comercial pero perfecto para estar tranquilo
El hotel is bellisimo y muy bien cuidado. El personal es super amable. Las habitaciones son Amplias, comodas y limpias. Muy Buena localizacion. El precio es exelente. Yo volveria de nuevo.
The room was extremely overpriced. It was comfortable though and mostly clean. Some of the lights in the room weren't working. The bed skirt was soiled as well as the mattress cover.
Took forever to check in only two attendants to check in a line almost out the door the grounds are outdated and worn out no water pressure in room and the ac in the room barely worked. Pool was dirty trash all over the pool area. Extremely disappointed that a big name brand hotel and casino could be in this shape. Never will go close to this place again.
Overall it was a good stay. Myself, as well as, 15 other friends stayed at your hotel for the weekend. Celebrated my friends 40th birthday and the final four competition.
Room was dirty when we got there. People at the reception desk are rude, they have no idea what customer service is. There was no hot water in the shower at night. They will not clean the room due to COVID. Worst thing was that one of the Recepcionist tried to charge me a few for bringing clean towels on the second night.
Hotel was nice. Rooms were large and comfortable. It would have been nice to have the room trash emptied each day.
Disappointing, no coffee in room. Starbucks or nothing. Very little food options in hotel. Shower had little pressure and had a mat in the tub. Paid too much!
I had wanted an ocean view, we were put on the backside. I had wanted a Microwave, I was told we would have to pay a daily extra charge for one (due to Covid) however we had a refrigerator, I guess covid doesn't like the cold. I had wanted some hot water for tea in the room, I was told I would have to buy it from the Starbucks in the lobby. Upon check in I was told we could check in early if we pay extra money, so we Opted to wait the 30min to check in early without paying. I was also charged a resort fee for the 3 days. I would never stay here again or any other "resort" so much better at a free standing Hotel, which would have all the amenities' stated without having to pay extra for everything.
Our stay was welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. We could have used more lighting in the bathroom; it was pretty dim. There was no complementary breakfast nor could we find a buffet; both were advertised features. If you require a microwave in your room one can be provided for an additional fee. Nor did we find a luggage rack.
