I had a wonderful stay at The Joule. The hotel is beautifully designed, blending historic charm with modern elegance. My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with thoughtful details. The staff was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always helpful. Dining at CBD Provisions was a highlight, with delicious food and great service. The hotel’s location is perfect for exploring downtown Dallas. Overall, a fantastic experience and a nice place to stay for quick getaway. Thank you!!!

Beautiful 5-star hotel with extra charges for everything. Luxury for us is having a coffee maker in our room but this only has a coffee shop in the lobby. These rooms are expensive and yet you are charged extra if you use the stocked fridge and snacks in your room. $5 for a pack of M&M’s no thanks. Be ready for the $200 “incidental charge” they will place on your CC. I had already paid for our room through Hotels.com yet they charged my card again. Thankfully Carlos the assistant manager was kind & fixed this for me. Overall it was a lovely stay if you don’t mind being charged for anything you touch.

Cool classic place, with a few quirks.
It's a great ole place, with a landmark style. Staff is very nice and accommodating in front. Check in is good. Loved the view and the room is comfortable and clean Some quirks; computers not working, not able to charge the room for the restaurant bill. Cigarette smell down the hallways isn't good, would love a little throw blanket on the bed instead of this little table runner at the foot of the bed.
