The worst hotel I have ever stayed in all my life!!! If you want anxiety attack then only go and stay.
From starting to finish completely shambles.
I have experienced cockroaches in the room, the facilities that are shown are practically not in use. The pool is completely dirty. You ask them to clean it, and they say, "Yes, ma'am, it's clean." However, you go to the pool, and there's no sunbed. The spa is shut, so you can't get changed over there. The water is filthy dirty, okay? The staff are just literally sitting there doing nothing, so I would recommend never to book this damn hotel.
Towards the end, I just wanted to relax in the hotel. Obviously, in this hotel, I could not relax. I had to physically change my hotel for a couple of days before I came back to the UK.
I actually got in touch with hotel.com as well. They said it's a non-refundable policy. Same thing with the hotel as well, but my question is: if you treated me ill, should I not get my refund back?
I think hotel.com, you need to change your bloody policy and treat your customers right. I've been shopping with you guys for ages. Actually, I think next time I won't even be looking at holiday hotels from you guys because, you know what? Do your homework before you sell people these holidays.
I think if I had to stay there till the end of my holiday, I would have come home crying. Luckily, I managed to get another hotel holiday booked in a different hotel, where I got my swimming pool, better spa facilities,
