I stayed for one night and had a great experience overall. Check-in was quick and friendly, and I was upgraded from a Snug to a Cosy Neighbourhood room, which was a lovely bonus.
The room was beautifully decorated with a vintage, stylish vibe—loved the DAB radio, sculpted mirrors, cool lighting, and the sunset view over the skyline was stunning.
A couple of small issues: the TV didn’t work, not a big deal as I used my phone, but still worth noting. The rainfall shower was leaking where the head connects to the pipe, which caused water to spray over the glass door and flood the floor. I fixed it myself by tightening the head, but it was a bit chaotic for a sec.
The bedding was super thick and plush, which felt luxurious—but I ended up sweating loads in the night and woke up drenched a couple of times. Probably just me running hot, but something to keep in mind.
I didn’t try the restaurant or breakfast this time, but from the menu and photos, it looks amazing. The vibe of the reception, lounge, and restaurant area is super chic and really inviting.
Despite those minor things, it’s a beautiful luxury property and honestly a steal for the price—cheaper than a Premier Inn! Would 100% stay again when I’m in London.
