The refurbished reception, bar and public lounge area is very classy, smart and clean. The staff are wonderful, helpful and courteous, thankyou. Family stay, very clean hotel, large and clean room. The only issue was the beds, the mattresses on the main bed and sofa bed were so hard and uncomfortable. The sofa bed mattress is also very thin so could fit the springs. Not of a good standard at all. This made our stay unpleasant and we barely slept. Parking is expensive should be free for guests.
