Where do I begin? Let’s start with I booked for business using our online booking tool and we had a change of dates due to the holiday. One month before my trip, I tried contacting the hotel via email and phone call multiple times with no answer. The travel agent even tried unsuccessfully. We had to do a separate booking to add the extra days onto the stay.
When it came to the check-in, they couldn’t retrieve the booking initially because the front desk didn’t know how to read a passport that shows last name first and then proceeded to argue with me that I booked under the wrong first name.
Now to the quality of the room, the toilet seat was completely broken, the toilet brush was dirty and just laying on the floor. There was rust everywhere and the shower water ran brown the entire time. The bed sheets were obviously dirty and there were several stains on the linens and roaches. The housekeeper informed me that there is only one towel per room even though we had booked a double room, and the front desk did nothing about it. We were there for 4 days and the room wasn’t even cleaned once. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.
Now to the service, the front desk was not helpful at all, there is a room service menu that says room service is available 24 hours a day, however every time we tried to order something, room service was not available.
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE, We will take our business visits for our company back to grand coastal. We were extremely disappointed with this hotel.
