No tengo idea. Al llegar me notificaron que habia sido cambiado al Wyndham Garden Chinatown del cual si puedo opinar: muy contento con la atencion y las instalaciones del hotel, asi como su ubicacion.

Nice small and private

Room was pretty small, but just fine for sleeping. It was nice to have a private bathroom in Manhattan at this rate.

Very basic accommodations, but who needs more than a bed. The place was clean. Very important. Staff was friendly. It was just as pictured, and very adequate for our purposes.

The hotel itself, What you pay is what you get. But the location. If you know how to get around with Metro, it’s a perfect location. If you want to eat something really good and great price. All walking distance. I will stay again for sure.

The room was old and had stains in the bathroom. The ac was shut off even when the room was still hot and the fan in the bathroom sounded like a cat was dying. Despite this we still paid $300 for one night which should have gotten us a much nicer room or hotel.

Great room, clean, amazing view, great supply of amenities but unfortunately the shower just did not work. It was impossible to use and barely any water came out if you tried to use hot water. Unfortunate, but otherwise I enjoyed my stay here. I’d come again, just bring a cup to try to bathe yourself.

The hotel is well located, near a metro stations and in a quiet area. But the carpet is very old and ragged, as soon as you enter it feels unclean. The room is not cleaned every day as we were told at the check in, and have to be required in advance. We then agreed to have cleaning every other day but during our 6 night stay they only did it once. The cherry on the pie was a cockroach in the bathroom in the last day.

Hard to speak of it because oddly enough I did not end up staying there. You see, the hotel was fully booked when we arrived despite us making reservations. But thankfully, the guy (Frankie) at the front desk was kid and helpful and solution-oriented enough to put as at a second hotel owned by same owner 2 blocks away that was far better for the original cost! So...we were quite lucky! It was so nice there at the Allen Hotel and staff were very helpful and kind. So I have to give a positive review of the experience overall despite their error. We went to the Windor first of course and I did see that it was a bit ruff' but again...had security and stellar staff.

I liked that the hotel to 3 metro stations and walking distance from Nolitas restaurants. Very Very basic set up.. But, our room was located on the ground floor level and the noise level in it was incredibly high - our room shuddered everytime the main door of the hotel banged close, heard every conversation the front staff was having with customers ( even at 3 am), heard everyone on the street talking loudly, cigarette smoke of people smoking outside was entering our room. They should make the room on the lower level into a maintanence room or something so the stay of the guests becomes a little pleasant. But I guess that's how things are in Manhattan😔

Honestamente el hotel está excelente para cumplir la función de tener a donde llegar a dormir. La zona no es bonita pero el metro está muy cerca y eso ayuda muchísimo.

POSITIVO: - Linea J del Metro te lleva directo del JFK al hotel. - Otras líneas del metro están casi cruzando la calle con acceso a muchos puntos clave de NY. - Personal de recepción muy amable y atentos. - Hotel silencioso, zona segura para caminar a cualquier hora. - Baño limpio. - Habitación vieja y pequeña, pero cumple muy bien para sólo llegar a dormir y estar fuera todo el día. - Tiene caja de seguridad en el cuarto. - Puedes enviar paquetes de Amazon a este sitio. NEGATIVO: - No hacen limpieza al cuarto, tú tienes que hacerlo. - No tiene cobijas, solo sabana y edredón muy delgado. - Almohadas muy sencillas. - Aire Condicionado o Calefacción viejo, ruidoso. - Edredón sucio, pero tenia sabana para ocultarlo. - Cuarto con alfombra.

We spent several nights in this hotel. The serving staff is very friendly and considerate. It is a hotel located in Manhattan and well connected by several subway lines. It was very cheap for us and that is why we chose it, despite knowing that it is a rather shabby and old hotel. It is as it appears in the photos. For us it was quite safe although there were many homeless people all around.
