We ended up in two different rooms for our stay. The first room had cockroaches in the bathroom then the water AND the heat stopped working. The second room was a downgrade from the first with barely any water pressure and a broken toilet. We had to wash up in the sink. There was white dog fur everywhere from whomever stayed there previously and there were ALSO cockroaches in THAT room. We had to wash every dish before we could even cook in the room because the dishes were dirty. Just over

The location is perfect, everything was clean, the bed was comfortable and pull out couch was very convenient. The room was spacey and had everything we needed and the Wi-Fi was a plus! Will definitely stay again. Everything we needed. Very simple. Timely responses.

The room was super clean and comfortable. The property was dirty including elevators, lobby and garage. The elevators sounded like a death trap. 1 sounded like a freight train and the other literally had turbulence bouncing off the walls

Awesome accommodation

Very clean and comfortable. Great pre arrival communication and during my stay any questions were answered immediately. Great location to get to all the sites by foot. Given the opportunity I would definitely stay at the luckman again😊

This place was difficult to get into and to get keys and find our room. It was dirty, nousy and overall not good. Several in my large group that got rooms there paid agead for parking which they didnt get because they were told it was sold out however the garge was nearly empty and when we reached out we got the run around and got ignored. We got our parking and the garage celing was so low my husband opened the back of his car and it hit the roof and took a chunk of paint out of his car!The actual untis were all dirty and each has their own set of issues like air conditioning not working, my sisters actually had a hose out the window and it was so loud outisde, hair everywhere, we founf toothpicks and sunflower seeds in our couch, poop on the toilet paper meft for us, red sticky substances on the counter, it smelled so bad in this bulding, the garbage disposal didnt work and had rotten food in it, there was no cable or any way to watch tv there was a roku but no remote for it. There were no outlets close to the bed to plug in our phones and the best part was that we got stuck in the elevator and had to pry ourselves iut of it they didnt fix it the entire time we were there. I would never stay there again.

This property is poorly managed and dirty. I booked a 2bdrm/2ba apartment. Upon arrival, I smelled the garbage chute. The apartment had several issues. There was standing water in the dishwasher, the kitchen sink did not drain properly and the garbage disposal did not work. The stand-up shower did not drain and was filthy. The unit did not have a working AC unit in one of the rooms and portable unit was used in its place. The gap in the window where the exhaust for the AC allowed for insects to enter. There were stains on the furniture. I paid for early check-in and did not get it. The parking garage is dirty and has no working elevator. Overall I would not recommend anyone stay at this property.

The parking garage was absolutely disgusting! The general condition of the building was ok but the room was very nice. The best part about this stay was that it was walking distance to everything we wanted to go to during our stay.
