Disappointed – Not Up to Standard for the Price
As someone who spends over 120 nights a year in hotels, I try to be fair and realistic with expectations. Unfortunately, my recent stay at this property fell well short of what I would consider acceptable—especially for the price point.
Upon entering the room, I was immediately struck by an overwhelming odor, likely from an attempt to cover up smoke or some other persistent smell with heavy air freshener. It was unpleasant enough that I brought it to the attention of the front desk both upon check-in and again at check-out. Disappointingly, there was no meaningful solution or follow-up either time.
The overall cleanliness and maintenance of the property also left a lot to be desired. Public areas felt worn and neglected, and basic upkeep seemed to be an afterthought. While I understand no hotel is perfect, this location simply didn’t meet even average standards in terms of comfort or hospitality.
To be fair, I’ve stayed in worse—but for this rate, you expect more. This felt like a budget experience at a mid-tier price. Unless improvements are made, this is a property I would actively avoid in the future.
