Check twice if bringing a pet
Despite our reservation through Hotels.com we were unable to stay at this "pet friendly" hotel with our pet because they were "out of pet friendly rooms" when we arrived. There is not a mechanism in hotels.com to reserve a pet friendly room. We have stayed at this hotel before with our pet and it is fine. But highly frustrating to have to find other accommodations when we thought we had secured a stay.
