Great location, very accessible and convenient with the option of walking above/ below ground (in good and bad weather). Near and walkable to many good food, tourist places, shopping, JR and subway stations. Staff were friendly and helpful with questions. We stayed at the East building, room carpet seems a bit dated but otherwise all clean and a wonderful stay.
