Une nuit passée au bloc London Gatwick Très bon couchage et très pratique après un vol du soir Allez prendre le petit déjeuner au café giraffe à côté, c’est excellent

Fantastiskt fint litet genuint hotell mitt i Oxfords hjärta. Ett gammalt hus som man lyckats renovera och fräscha upp. Mycket hjälpsam personal. Kommer att boka här igen vid nästa konferens.

God beliggenhed, venligt personale da vi endelig fik fat på dem. Små senge.

Great location. Very hot weather during our visit and it was difficult to cool our small room.

Very centrally located with a nice room. The huge disadvantage, though, was having to use a shared bathroom and toilet between several rooms. I ended up not taking a shower at all and leaving very early in the morning.

Beautiful rustic little townhouse right in the heart of Oxford, close to everything and ideal for our stay.

Excellent location. With just a few updates it could be outstanding. The bathroom needs some maintenance and tile grout. Best location if you want to be close to food and the colleges.

Do not stay here. There was a rat and its offspring in my room.

Great, quirky little place in an excellent location. Don't expect a brand new hotel but for a very old town house it exceeded our expectaions.

everything at this hotel was excelent however we were put in a room at the top of very steep stairs thai i found unsafe for me to climb also we went during the heat wave so it was very hot as no aircon in room but there was a fan provided other than that i would recommend it

Great location, very small bed. We had to call the hotel to get a code to open the door, which no one told us.

This was the worst experience ever! No human was there ever during the entire time that we were in and out. We arrived early and wanted to drop our bags. It took numerous phone calls until we reached someone who gave us the # of the lockbox to get in. We came back at check-in time and had to make several calls again until we had the name of our room and the place of the keys. No help whatsoever! Since it is a historic house, it was difficult to wrangle the suitcases up an impossibly narrow and very steep staircase. The location is great. Walkable distance to all the colleges and other sights. The above described obstacles were nowhere in the description of the b&b. Had the description been honest and accurate, we would not have chosen this place. We travel quite often and had never encountered a situation like this. Beware before you book!

4/10 Regular

We arrived at check in time and there was no one to greet us. We called the contact numbers on the door and left 2 messages and no returned our call. It was not until another guest arrived that she was able to call and speak to someone and then spoke on our behalf. Room was incredibly small. Location was fantastic.

Great location, and really helpful and flexible staff. They arranged an early check in for us as we were going to a wedding, at no extra cost.
