I’m reaching out regarding our recent four-night stay at your hotel. My girlfriend and I were really looking forward to our time there, but unfortunately, we ran into an issue that made our stay less enjoyable.
When we arrived, we noticed the bed in our room was full of hairs, which was quite unsettling. It gave the impression that the linens hadn’t been properly cleaned, and it made it hard for us to feel comfortable or get a good night’s sleep.
To be honest, this was especially frustrating because a similar situation happened at another hotel earlier on this trip, and it has made what should have been a relaxing vacation unnecessarily stressful. Sleep is such an important part of any trip, and it’s disappointing when something so basic gets in the way.
We wanted to share this feedback so it can hopefully be addressed for future guests. Considering how this impacted our stay, we’d appreciate it if you could let us know if there’s anything that can be done to make up for the experience.
